Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
The general rule
Every activity has a free-cancellation window set by its provider and shown on the activity page and in the booking summary before payment. Cancelling inside that window earns a full refund.
How a cancellation is handled
When you submit a cancellation request it goes to the Murjan team for review; the booking is not cancelled automatically. We notify you of the decision by email and in-app. The review protects both sides and prevents disorganised cancellations that damage activity quality.
If the provider cancels
If a provider cannot run the activity, their request reaches Murjan first and you are informed only of the final decision. In that case the amount is refunded in full and we offer alternative dates where available.
Refund timing
Refunds return to the original payment method within five to ten business days depending on the issuing bank. Partial refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid, less whatever the activity's policy specifies.
Exceptional circumstances
In severe weather, or where an authority closes the site, the activity is cancelled and refunded in full regardless of the cancellation window.
No-shows
Failing to attend without cancelling in advance is not refundable, because the seat was held at another guest's expense.
