1. Definitions

Murjan is a Saudi online platform connecting guests with licensed activity providers inside the Kingdom. The provider is the licensed business or individual that publishes and delivers the activity. The guest is the user who books it.

2. The platform's role

Murjan acts as a technical intermediary enabling listing, booking and payment. The provider is solely responsible for delivering the activity, for participant safety, and for the accuracy of everything published on the activity page — duration, meeting point, age requirements and included equipment.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created with an email address and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for the security of your email account. Account holders must be at least thirteen years old; activities marked for adults require the booker to be eighteen or over.

4. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only once payment has succeeded and a booking number and attendance code have been issued. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals inclusive of VAT unless the activity page says otherwise. Seats are held while payment completes, and the hold lapses automatically when the window expires.

5. Attendance

Guests must arrive at the meeting point on time and present the attendance code. Arriving after departure may forfeit the seat without refund unless the activity's own policy states otherwise.

6. Ratings

Guests may rate an activity once it has ended or attendance has been recorded. Murjan may hide a rating containing abusive language, personal data or content unrelated to the experience, without affecting other legitimate ratings.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
