Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: first and last name, email address, mobile number and date of birth.
- Booking data: the activity, the date, the number of guests and any note you send the provider.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in history, used for security and abuse detection.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your booking, to send confirmation and attendance details by email and WhatsApp, to process cancellations and refunds, and to meet statutory and accounting obligations.
What the provider receives
Providers receive the minimum needed to run the activity: your name, guest count, attendance code and any note you wrote. Sharing your mobile number and email is controlled by a separate toggle under Privacy & security in your account, and switching it off genuinely stops them being sent.
Payment data
Murjan does not store card numbers. Payments are processed by a licensed gateway; we receive only the outcome, the last four digits and the card type.
Retention
Booking and invoice records are retained for the period Saudi accounting rules require. When you request account deletion, identifying data is removed and financial records are retained in a form that cannot be linked back to you.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account from the Account management page, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting operational booking messages.
