Overview
An evening camel route of about ninety minutes among AlUla’s famous rock formations, on a Royal Commission-approved track that stays clear of the archaeological sites. Every camel has a handler walking beside it, so no experience is needed. We stop at a viewpoint shortly before sunset for photographs, then reach a small camp where Arabic coffee and dates are served on the fire. The route is sandy and mostly level, with padded, shaded saddles.
