1. Definitions
• Murjan / The Platform : The website https://murjan-sa.com/ or its associated mobile application, owned and operated by Murjan Company.
• User : Any natural or legal person using the platform, whether as a customer or service provider.
• Customer : A user who books an experience or event through the platform.
• Service Provider : An individual or entity that offers an experience or event through the platform.

2. Legal Relationship
Murjan acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers. It does not own, operate, or directly manage any experiences or events.
Each experience is provided by an independent third party, who bears full responsibility for its execution.

3. Registration and Account Usage
• Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Users are responsible for the confidentiality and use of their account credentials.
• Murjan reserves the right to suspend or delete any account suspected of misuse or providing false information.

4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed via licensed payment gateways.
• Murjan reserves the right to correct any pricing or informational errors before or after confirming a booking.
• Some experiences may include additional fees, which will be clearly disclosed prior to checkout.

5. Booking Confirmation
• A booking is considered confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation message is received.
• Some service providers may request identity verification prior to the experience.
• Murjan does not guarantee any reservation unless confirmed via email or the app.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
▪ Non-Cancellable Bookings:
• Some experiences cannot be canceled once booked.
• These policies are clearly disclosed during booking.
• No refunds are provided in such cases.
▪ Cancellation within 24 hours:
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
• Exceptions may apply in emergency situations, which are reviewed individually by our support team.
▪ Cancellation within 72 hours:
• A full refund is issued, minus applicable payment gateway fees.
6.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
• If an event is canceled by the service provider due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather or other force majeure events), the customer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling, at their discretion.

7. Service Execution and Liability
Murjan bears no direct responsibility for damages or losses resulting from the execution or quality of services provided by third parties.
However, customer satisfaction is a top priority at Murjan.
✅ If a service provider fails to deliver the experience as described, or in the case of significant shortcomings, Murjan reserves the right to take strict action, including:
• Account suspension
• Internal investigation
• Case-by-case review
If severe negligence is confirmed, Murjan may offer compensation in the form of a full refund or wallet credit, based on the customer’s preference.

8. Reviews and Feedback
• Customers may review their experiences after completion.
• Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Murjan reserves the right to remove or hide any inappropriate reviews.

9. Intellectual Property
• All texts, images, designs, videos, and logos are owned by or licensed to Murjan.
• No part of the platform’s content may be copied or distributed without written permission.

11. Wallet Credit
• Any compensation added to a user’s Murjan wallet is non-refundable in cash.
• Wallet credit may only be used for future bookings on the platform.
• Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes
• Murjan reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional codes or offers at any time.
• Only one code may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.
• Code usage does not guarantee a confirmed booking without successful payment.

13. Misuse and Fraud
• Use of false or misleading information is prohibited.
• Abuse of promotional codes or platform policies is not allowed.
• Murjan reserves the right to take legal and technical actions against any misuse or manipulation of the platform.

14. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The user agrees not to hold Murjan liable for any issues arising from the acts or omissions of service providers.
Murjan is not responsible for direct or indirect damages or claims, unless gross negligence on Murjan’s part is legally proven.
In all cases, the maximum compensation—if applicable—shall not exceed the value of the disputed booking.

15. Complaint Submission
• Users may submit complaints via email within 48 hours of completing the experience.
• Murjan will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
