It \u200edoes not own, operate, or directly manage any experiences or events. <br \/>Each experience is provided by an independent third party, who bears full \u200eresponsibility for its execution.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e3. <strong>Registration and Account Usage\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Users are responsible for the confidentiality and use of their account \u200ecredentials.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Murjan reserves the right to suspend or delete any account suspected of \u200emisuse or providing false information.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e4. <strong>Pricing and Payment\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless otherwise stated.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Payments are processed via licensed payment gateways.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Murjan reserves the right to correct any pricing or informational errors \u200ebefore or after confirming a booking.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Some experiences may include additional fees, which will be clearly \u200edisclosed prior to checkout.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e5. <strong>Booking Confirmation\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 A booking is considered confirmed once payment is completed and a \u200econfirmation message is received.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Some service providers may request identity verification prior to the \u200eexperience.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Murjan does not guarantee any reservation unless confirmed via email or \u200ethe app.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e6. <strong>Cancellation and Refunds\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u200e6.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:\u200e<br \/>\u200e\u25aa Non-Cancellable Bookings:\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Some experiences cannot be canceled once booked.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 These policies are clearly disclosed during booking.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 No refunds are provided in such cases.\u200e<br \/>\u200e\u25aa Cancellation within 24 hours:\u200e<br \/>\u2022 No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before \u200ethe scheduled event.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Exceptions may apply in emergency situations, which are reviewed \u200eindividually by our support team.\u200e<br \/>\u200e\u25aa Cancellation within 72 hours:\u200e<br \/>\u2022 A full refund is issued, minus applicable payment gateway fees.\u200e<br \/>\u200e6.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations:\u200e<br \/>\u2022 If an event is canceled by the service provider due to unforeseen \u200ecircumstances (e.g., bad weather or other force majeure events), the \u200ecustomer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling, at their discretion.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e7. <strong>Service Execution and Liability\u200e<\/strong><br \/>Murjan bears no direct responsibility for damages or losses resulting from the \u200eexecution or quality of services provided by third parties.\u200e<br \/>However, customer satisfaction is a top priority at Murjan.\u200e<br \/>\u200e\u2705 If a service provider fails to deliver the experience as described, or in the \u200ecase of significant shortcomings, Murjan reserves the right to take strict action, \u200eincluding: <br \/>\u200e\u2003\u2022 Account suspension <br \/>\u200e\u2003\u2022 Internal investigation <br \/>\u200e\u2003\u2022 Case-by-case review <br \/>If severe negligence is confirmed, Murjan may offer compensation in the form of \u200ea full refund or wallet credit, based on the customer\u2019s preference.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e8. <strong>Reviews and Feedback\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Customers may review their experiences after completion.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Murjan reserves the right to remove or hide any inappropriate reviews.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e9. <strong>Intellectual Property\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 All texts, images, designs, videos, and logos are owned by or licensed to \u200eMurjan.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 No part of the platform\u2019s content may be copied or distributed without \u200ewritten permission.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e10. <strong>Privacy and Data Protection\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Murjan is committed to safeguarding users\u2019 privacy and data in \u200ecompliance with applicable data protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi \u200eArabia.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 For more information, refer to our Murjan wallet is non-refundable in \u200ecash.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Wallet credit may only be used for future bookings on the platform.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise \u200especified.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e12. <strong>Promotions and Discount Codes\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Murjan reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional codes or \u200eoffers at any time.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Only one code may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Code usage does not guarantee a confirmed booking without successful \u200epayment.\u200e<br \/>________________________________________<br \/>\u200e13. <strong>Misuse and Fraud\u200e<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Use of false or misleading information is prohibited.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Abuse of promotional codes or platform policies is not allowed.\u200e<br \/>\u2022 Murjan reserves the right to take legal and technical \/>The user agrees not to hold Murjan liable for any issues arising from the acts or \u200eomissions of service providers. <br \/>Murjan is not responsible for direct or indirect damages or claims, unless gross \u200enegligence on Murjan\u2019s part is legally proven. <br \/>In all cases, the maximum compensation\u2014if applicable\u2014shall not exceed the \u200evalue of the disputed <strong>Modifications\u200e<\/strong><br \/>Murjan reserves the right to update these terms at any time. <br \/>Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes implicit \u200eacceptance
